My journey to becoming a coach wasn't a straightforward one. For 15 years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of the print industry, climbing the ladder and gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of successful businesses. But then, life threw me a curveball. I was struck down by viral meningitis, not once, but twice. This led to a debilitating five-year battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, forcing me to confront my own mortality and re-evaluate my priorities.

During this dark time, I discovered the power of mindset, human potential, and the interconnectedness of mind and body. I recovered my health through dedicated study and self-discovery and unlocked a passion for helping others overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.

Since then, I've had the privilege of coaching diverse clients, from professional athletes and TV personalities to entrepreneurs and homemakers. I've witnessed the transformative power of coaching, helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs, rediscover their purpose, and create lives filled with joy, balance, and fulfilment.
